Search for driver underway after crash into front porch

RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW) -- Richmond County deputies are searching for a driver who took off from a traffic stop and crashed their car into a home's front porch.

Authorities said that the chase started on Hopkins Street around 11 p.m. when the driver sped off from deputies and onto 10th Street. Deputies said that the car was not stolen.

The suspect is still on the loose. No word yet on a description of that driver.
