GRANITEVILLE, S.C. (WRDW) -- A woman was arrested after deputies say she activated gift cards at Sam's Club as an employee.

The Aiken County Sheriff's Office confirms managers at the Sam's Club started an internal investigation on Zenay Harris, 19, after they say she came up short at the end of one of her shifts.

The complainant called the Sheriff's Office when they say she was caught activating gift cards via a surveillance camera. She told deputies someone asked her to activate the cards and in return, she would receive one.

While speaking with Harris, deputies noticed more wrongfully activated gift cards in her pocket.

Harris was arrested for breach of trust and is being held at the Aiken County Detention Center.
