Richmond County deputies searching for two armed robbery suspects

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW)-The Richmond County Sheriff's Office is looking for two suspects they say robbed the Family Dollar on Walton Way.

Deputies say they were called to the scene just before 5:30 p.m. They say two men entered the store and took an undisclosed amount of money at gun point. They say the suspects fled the store on foot.

They are described as two black males around 6 feet tall and 180 lbs. One suspect was seen wearing a green hat, grey shirt, black pants, black shoes and a hospital style mask. The other suspect was seen wearing a grey sweater, blue pants, sunglasses and a hospital mask. They say he was also armed with a black semi-automatic handgun.
