Report on the worst drivers: No. 2 South Carolina, No. 14 Georgia

SOUTH CAROLINA (WRDW) -- South Carolina and Georgia have been ranked in the top 15 for having the worst drivers in America by Car Insurance Comparison.

South Carolina came in as No. 2 and Georgia ended up at No. 14. The site says its methodology includes each state's fatalities rate, failure to obey, drunk driving, tickets and careless driving. Statistics are pulled from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the National Motorists Association, and Mothers Against Drink Driving, according to the site. Louisiana was ranked No. 1 as the state with the worst drivers.

South Carolina:
Top Ranking Factor: Failure to obey (No. 29)
Worst Ranking Factor: Careless driving (No. 50)

Georgia:
Top Ranking Factor: Drunk driving (No. 5)
Worst Ranking Factor: Tickets (No. 50)

Failure to obey includes traffic signal and seat belt violations.
