UPDATE: Power restored to all affected customers in Jackson

JACKSON, S.C. (WRDW) -- Power has now been restored to all affected customers who were without power overnight in Jackson, SC.

SCE&G reported a power outage in Jackson around 4 am Tuesday. An SCE&G representative says about 795 customers were without power from about 3 am to 5 am.

The SCE&G rep tells News 12 the outage was caused when a car hit a pole around 3 am.
