Portion of Old Wheeler Road to close starting Monday
The closing will allow crews to replace and repair storm water infrastructure on Old Wheeler Road.

COLUMBIA CTY., Ga. -- A temporary road closure starting on Monday could affect your commute in Columbia County.

Old Wheeler Road will be closed between Jimmie Dyess Parkway and Wrightsboro Road from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. until Feb. 3.

The closing will allow crews to replace and repair storm water infrastructure on Old Wheeler Road.

Drivers should plan to take an alternate route and/or allow additional time for commuting on these days.
