AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A century-old hotel in Augusta is close to being up for auction.
The Partridge Inn is now listed on an auction website, and the bidding begins on April 15 at $2.5 million. The bidding ends on April 17.
The inn was built in 1892 and has been under new management since 2011.
The hotel's original owner, based in Atlanta, defaulted on a $16 million loan.
