NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW) -- New information in the New Year's Day shooting in North Augusta.
The Aiken County Sheriff's office says the victim in the shooting is refusing to cooperate with authorities.
The shooting happened on the 300 block of Gilmore Avenue in North Augusta Wednesday afternoon.
Officials say it started out as a fight, and that's when shots were fired.
One person was injured and transported to the hospital.
No charges will be filed.
