AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Sitel will hire 200 people at its Augusta customer care contact center, Mayor Deke Copenhaver said.
The new employees will join the already 800 people who provide outsourced customer care services around the world.
On Sitel's careers page, a customer service representative would start at $9/hour.
There's also an opening for an Augusta Manager, Sr. Site Operations.
The company will also host an on-site job fair on Thursday, May 15 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the company’s facility at 2115 Windsor Spring Rd.
"The business expansion is the direct result of the current Augusta team’s expertise in services such as billing, account records management, technical support and customer service," a press release said.
