AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A suspect accused in a August murder will remain in jail with no bond.

Thaddaeus Williams Junior was denied bond in the court room this morning. Williams is accused of murdering Charlie Davis Junior at Dogwood Terrace in August.

William's defense team says on the night of the murder that he was with his kids, helping his mother move. the prosecution says Williams gave a statement to investigator already that put him there at the time of the shooting.

Killeon Cooper, another suspect in the shooting, was granted a $40,000 bond two weeks ago.
