AUGUSTA, Ga. -- An Augusta mother is in jail again after her four children were found living in a filthy home.
Laura Baughman, 30, was arrested Friday after deputies say an 11-year-old and three other kids were living in an unsanitary home. Deputies say they found mold, roaches, dog and cat feces.
This was all happening at a home on the 4000 block of Union Grove Circle in Augusta. Baughman is in the Richmond County Jail charged with four counts of deprivation of a minor, each charge carrying a $6,800 bond.
This isn't the first Baughman has been arrested. On Nov. 10, deputies charged her with four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after her children were found living among maggots, garbage and spoiled food. She bonded out two days later.
