MARTINEZ, Ga. (WRDW) -- A 24-year-old Martinez man was arrested after allegedly throwing a drink at a car on Oakley Pirkle Road.

Tyler William Davitte was charged with reckless conduct after being arrested Tuesday.

A woman said she saw Davitte stand up in a car's sunroof and throw the drink at her car. She says the drink went through an open window and spilled the orange beverage all over the backseat and on a passenger.

The woman called 911 and followed Davitte until deputies were able to catch up to him near Hereford Farm Road.

Davitte later admitted to deputies he threw a cup from the car.

In 2010, Davitte was arrested in connection to an investigation of underage drinking, drug activity and sex crimes at a Martinez home.
