Man sentenced to life for shooting death of his wife

RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW) -- Harvey Mitchell pled guilty and was sentenced to life in prison plus ten years, the Clerk of Courts confirms.

Mitchell is accused of the shooting death of his wife in August 2012.

Investigators say Keya Mitchell, 34, was gunned down while her stepfather and mother were in the room.
