AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- The suspect in a murder at an Augusta mobile home park pleaded not guilty Friday.
Darrian Williams turned is facing the following charges: murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and two counts of third-degree cruelty to children.
Williams is accused of killing Larry Bernard Elam Jr. at the Augusta Estates Mobile Home Park.
The Sheriff's Office says Williams is a known gang member.
Investigators say a 5-year-old who was inside the home was sent to the hospital.
