COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW) -- The man accused of punching a Columbia County deputy last December has been indicted.
Javantrio Perez Walden was indicted by a grand jury for felony obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
Investigators say Walden punched the deputy outside of the Walmart in Evans before speeding away and ramming into another deputy's cruiser.
Walden is also accused of groping women at two other area Walmarts last year.
