AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. -- One of the men accused in a break-in that turned into a deadly shooting at a guns and ammo store has been denied bond.
Franklin Robinson's judge says he believes him to be a substantial danger to the community.
Robinson faces charges of burglary and grand larceny.
The second suspect, Eddie Stewart, was released from the hospital and brought to Aiken County's Detention Center earlier this month.
The store owner shot and killed the third suspect, K'Raven Goodwin, after deputies say the three suspects rammed a truck into a building.
