A man was arrested while trying to get back into the Augusta National Golf Club after he was kicked out for a policy violation, according to Captain Scott Gay with the Richmond County Sheriff

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW)-A man was arrested while trying to get back into the Augusta National Golf Club after he was kicked out for a policy violation, according to Captain Scott Gay with the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.

Ryan Pond, 23, was arrested on a trespassing charge Saturday. Capt. Gay said after Pond was removed, he tried to get back on the grounds.

Capt. Gay couldn't confirm what the initial policy violation was though.
