AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WRDW)- A man was arrested for allegedly calling and threatening the SCE&G call center three times, because his power was not turned on yet, according to the incident report.

The report said 43-year-old Damon Niles Hancock of North Augusta made his first call on Feb. 14, when he threatened to shoot the electrical transformer near his house and dump trash on SCE&G's office steps.
