Man arrested for illegal tattoo

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A man is in jail charged with tattooing a minor stemming from an incident in December.
Coire Michael Robb is accused of tattooing a 15-year-old without parental consent.
Investigators say the incident happened on Dec. 26, 2012, at Robb's home on April Drive. The victim was treated at Doctors Hospital.
A warrant for his arrest was issued on March 1, and he was picked up March 13.
