AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A man found guilty of stabbing a woman to death in 2014 is sentenced to life without parole.

The Clerk of Court for Richmond County says Nathan Mims will stay behind bars for the rest of his life, after he was found guilty of murdering Natty Ortiz-Ramos, 43, in a domestic dispute.

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A man accused of stabbing a woman to death was denied bond, the Richmond County Clerk of Court said.

Nathan Mims is accused of stabbing Natty Ortiz-Ramos, 43, multiple times after a domestic dispute in April, the Richmond County Sheriff's Office said.

He was arrested for murder and possession of a knife during the commission of a crime after surrendering to deputies.
