AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A Wrens man has been arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting a hospital patient who is unable to speak or move.
A witness said she walked into the victim's hospital room at Select Specialty Hospital on the night of Feb. 21 and saw 68-year-old William Harpley on top of the 69-year-old victim.
Harpley told investigators he was having problems with his heart and was taken to a different hospital to be checked out. He was later taken into police custody.
