AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A grand jury has indicted the man accused in a fatal shooting at an Augusta hospital last October.

Prosecutors are charging 86-year-old Charles Gorrell with felony and malice murder for the deadly shooting at University Hospital last October.

The Sheriff's Office says Gorrell killed his 59-year-old nephew Tim Grooms, who had power of attorney over Gorrell's wife, inside a hospital room.

Gorrell has been released on bond and is living with his son in Columbia while wearing an ankle monitor.
