Magic City owner arrested
Richmond County deputies arrested Patrick Walton, owner of Magic City Club, for allegedly lying on this business license.

RICHMOND CTY., Ga. – Richmond County deputies arrested Patrick Walton, owner of Magic City Club, for allegedly lying on this business license.
According to investigators, Walton was arrested yesterday and charged with giving false statements in a government matter. They say he lied on his license, saying his business was a mercantile business when he was really operating a club. Reports say Walton deceived the commission and the fire department in writing and on government documents.
Magic City, located on Mike Padgett Highway, was the sight of a deadly shooting in January of this year. Kyle Royal was shot and killed and two others injured as they left the club.
Walton is out of jail on a $4,600 bond.
