AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Hearing loud booming sounds in Hephzibah?

The Emergency Management Divisions of both Richmond and Columbia counties says it's due to the Richmond County Sheriff's Office setting off explosive devices as part of a training exercise.
