AUGUSTA, Ga. -- News 12 has learned the last two suspects have been arrested in connection to Operation Smoke Screen.

The Richmond County sting targeted the suspects in 104 burglaries, 12 car break-ins and 15 thefts back in February.

The final suspect, 20-year-old David Owens was arrested on Wednesday. The second to last suspect, 23-year-old Jamel Cooper, was arrested back in November.
