Lane of Wheeler Road closed for news conference

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- The right lane of westbound Wheeler Road over the Interstate 20 bridge will be closed until 2:30 p.m. Thursday.
The closure is taking place during the news conference for Operation Thunder, which is a three-month crackdown on things like seat belts, driving distractions and speeding.
