AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A concert with country group Lady Antebellum is paying off big time for a local charity.

The Ronald McDonald House of Augusta received almost $94,000 from last month's concert. More than 6,000 people took part in the KICKS99 Hooked on Country concert at the James Brown Arena.

The organization is still working to build a new Ronald McDonald House near the Children's Hospital of Georgia. The Ronald McDonald House gives families a free place to stay while their loved ones are in the hospital.
