KEYSVILLE, GA (WRDW) - City Hall said residents can now drink their tap water again. They were told not to drink it, after a pipe burst Tuesday allowed dirt to get into lines turning water muddy.
Tuesday night the mayor and council members were handing out drinking water to citizens.
City Hall said the water is safe to drink now, but people who have not used their water Wednesday should run their faucets for a few minutes.
Supplies are being provided to anyone who finds their water is still muddy at the City Hall.
