COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. -- The 14-year-old accused of shooting and killing his friend was granted bond Friday.
Judge Flanagan granted the teenager a $10,000 and recommended that he stay with family outside of the area.
The shooting incident resulted in the death of 13-year-old Kristen Burnette on Halloween night.
Flanagan says he's not happy that this is the third case in less than a year that involves juveniles at a home with firearms without parental supervision.
Both the suspect and Burnette attended Grovetown Middle School.
