AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) --Two suspects in the drive-by shooting on Agerton Lane were denied bond in a Richmond Court this afternoon.

The judge says 23-year-old Alexis Blowers and 21-year-old Emmanuel Smith are both dangerous to the community.

In court this afternoon, the judge says Blowers was the driver of the vehicle while Smith was a passenger. According to reports, a .38 caliber handgun was used in the shooting.

The family told the judge the two needed bond because they're raising a one-year-old together. Smith also told the judge they aren't a danger to the community. He also said they both didn't know what the shooter had done, they were just at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Judge kept his position and denied bond.

On Monday, a judge did not grant 17-year-old Brandon Hilton bond and the teen did not have a lawyer with him. He's facing a list of charges including possession of a firearm, aggravated assault, and criminal damage to property.
