WARRENVILLE, S.C. -- The lockdown at Jefferson Elementary School has been lifted.

The school was alerted after deputies began searching for a suspect in a nearby home invasion.

Deputies are still searching for the suspect, described as a white male dressed in all black and armed with a black handgun.

The home invasion happened on the 100 block of Daley Drive. No one was injured in the incident.

The homeowner, Julie Clemons, said the man pointed a gun at her and said: "If I was to move, that they would shoot me."
