AUGUSTA, Ga. -- If you want to register to vote in the Nov. 6 election in Richmond County, you've got to be registered by Oct. 9.
You can visit the Richmond County Board of Elections Office (530 Greene Street, Room 104) to register. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Or you can download your own voter registration form here. If you download the form, you must have it delivered by 5 p.m. on Oct. 9.
Early voting starts Monday, Oct. 15, and Saturday voting is on Oct. 27. The last day for early voting is Nov. 2.
Precinct information cards are being mailed out this week.
