Grandmother arrested on child cruelty charge in Augusta

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- A 67-year-old Augusta grandmother has been arrested in connection to an alleged child abuse incident in June.
Minnie Lee Lamb was arrested on Wednesday and is charged with cruelty to children in the first degree.
Lamb allegedly beat her 10-year-old granddaughter with a belt. Investigators say her granddaughter had marks, cuts and bruises all over her legs, arm and face.
