6 arrested after Aiken Co. drug bust

AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW) -- Six people were taken into custody Wednesday after the Aiken Department of Public Safety busted a house for drugs.

Units arrived at 549 Chesterfield Street where they found people both inside and outside the home surrounded by suspected crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Terry Tyler, Betty Felder, Michael Edwards, Hope McKevie, Isaiah Roland and Tonya Ervin were all taken to the Aiken County Detention Center and are facing possession charges.

Roland was wanted by the Richmond County Sheriff's Office. Tyler was wanted by the Aiken County Sheriff's Office for criminal domestic violence. He attempted to flee but returned to the home.

While at the ACDC, three pieces of suspected crack pipes were located in Felder's purse.
