WARREN COUNTY, Ga. -- Just a year after an all-out brawl following a football game, Warren County High School and Hancock Central High School will be facing off again this year.
The teams will play Sept. 28.
The schedule came out months ago, but Warren County School Superintendent Carole Jean Carey told News 12 she wasn't sure if she would allow the team to play because of last year's fight.
She now tells News 12 the teams will play the game as scheduled.
However, leaders are working on a security plan.
Warren County Coach David Daniel was seriously injured in the fight. He had to have his face medically rebuilt. A Hancock County grand jury reviewed the case but did not hand down any charges.
