UPDATE: 1 lane open while firefighters put out fire in Martinez

MARTINEZ, Ga. -- A house is on fire on Old Evans Road in Columbia County.
Firefighters were dispatched to 328 Old Evans Road around 10 a.m. on Monday.
Only one lane of Old Evans Road is open between McCormick Road and Harden Street.
Firefighters say no one was home when the fire started.
