AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A 15-year-old accused of stabbing and killing his friend over a video game system has been indicted on murder charges.

Investigators say Zemartae Davis got into an argument with Datravious Hoskins over a video game system, but Hoskins family believes there's more to the story.

Investigators believe an argument started over a video game system back in September. Even though the family says there were three boys involved, the 15-year-old is the only person facing charges.

Davis is being charged as an adult.
