AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Augusta Commissioners plan to evaluate their key department heads this week.
City Administrator Fred Russell hasn't been evaluated in 10 years and City Attorney Andrew Mackenzie has yet to have an evaluation.
Last year no city employees were scored on their performance.
Commissioner Alvin Mason says this is not being done to single anyone out but to make sure employees are being productive.
City leaders will discuss a new system to measure their performance in committee meetings this week.
