Edgefield police officer suspended for 'personnel matter'

EDGEFIELD COUNTY, S.C. -- An Edgefield police officer is still off the job even after a town council meeting on Monday.
The name of that officer is still not being released.
The officer has been suspended since last Wednesday for what is being described as a "personnel matter."
The City of Edgefield tells News 12 it isn't releasing any other details.
