AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WRDW) -- Drivers who frequent Pine Log Road between Howlandsville Road and Silver Bluff Road say they're fed up with road conditions in the area.
"Potholes are everywhere I mean they just spring up from nowhere," said driver Bill Elliot who drives Pine Log Road at least twice a day.
Drivers say that the road has been in poor condition for years. But their calls for help from DOT have yielded no results.
"I've had four tires messed up," said Elliot. "I've had two rims messed up. My truck has been out of alignment by hitting those potholes."
SCDOT said Monday there are currently no plans for any major improvements to Pine Log Road.
"Something's got to be done about it before somebody gets killed or seriously injured," added Elliot.
