UPDATE: Driver identified in fatal morning accident in Burke Co.

BURKE COUNTY, Ga. -- One person is dead after an accident on Highway 24 Wednesday morning.
The single-vehicle accident happened at 4:30 a.m. near Storey Mill Road.
The driver, 21-year-old Damien Morquel Davis of Midville, was killed in the accident.
The Georgia State Patrol says Davis lost control during a curve, ran off the road, hit a tree and overturned.
Davis was not wearing a seat belt.
