UPDATE: Deputies working 3rd accident this week involving pedestrian

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- A woman is in critical condition after being hit by a car on an Augusta road.
Richmond County deputies say 41-year-old Susan Bailey was hit around 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Peach Orchard and Lumpkin roads.
Investigators say the woman was at fault and the driver will not face any charges.
