UPDATE: Sheriff's Office searching for suspect in Augusta shooting

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Richmond County investigators are searching for the suspect in a shooting that happened at Raes Creeks Mobile Home Park Wednesday morning.

Officials say they were sent out around 12:45 a.m. to the 1000 block of Oellerich Avenue.

Investigators say the victim, 21-year-old Eli Terrel Bell, was sent to the hospital. His injury is not said to be life-threatening.

The Sheriff's Office says the suspect, 23-year-old George Edward Powell, drove away from the scene in an unknown vehicle and is on the loose.

Investigators say Bell and Powell are cousins.
