Deputies investigating after attempted burglary

Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012

MARTINEZ, Ga. -- Columbia County dispatch confirms an attempted burglary happened early Tuesday morning on the 2900 block of Palmetto Drive.

Dispatch received the call right after 5 a.m. The burglar took off before deputies arrived at the home.

Deputies tell us no one living in the home was injured.
