AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW)-Richmond County Deputies responded to David's Barber Shop on the 800 block of East Boundary Street Thursday just after 4:00 p.m. for reports of a stabbing, the Sheriff's Office said.

Deputies said a man had a stab wound in his neck. He told deputies he was arguing with another man on the 700 block of East Boundary about a woman when a fight broke out, the Sheriff's Office said.

The Sheriff's Office said Williams was stabbed in the neck and taken GRU with non life-threatening injuries.

Deputies have arrested and charged Donald Bernard Hayes, 54, with aggravated assault.
