AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW) -- An Aiken County daycare owner's charges were expunged in 2013, according to South Carolina court documents.

Police said a 16-month-old child died in Elouise Wade-Meria Taylor's care in 2010 and was accused of homicide by child abuse.

Court documents show the charge was dismissed in January 2013 and expunged July 2013.
