UPDATE: 1 taken to hospital after accident on Mike Padgett Highway

Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Richmond County deputies were called to the scene of an accident on Mike Padgett Highway around 5:45 a.m. Tuesday.

This happened near Hephzibah McBean Road.

There were three vehicles involved in the crash. One person was injured and taken to the hospital.
