AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) --The owner of the building that burned down in January was given 90 days by the Historic Preservation Commission to come up with a Post Demolition Plan for what do after the building was torn down.
And he is apparently going to use all 90 days.
But Pamela Costabile of the city's Planning and Development department said that on Thursday, we may finally have an answer about what's going to happen to the property.
"I'll be glad when they make that decision and I know these surrounding property owners do too," Costabile said.
Chris Milenkevich, who manages the tattoo shop next door to the burned out building said, "We're ready for something. There's a few things that we need repaired here that can't be repaired until they figure out what exactly is gonna happen."
