AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- The city of Augusta wants to do a land swap with Augusta National.

Augusta commissioners will approve a memorandum of understanding for a land swap with Augusta National on Tuesday.

City Engineering Department Director Abie Ladson says the city needs property from Augusta National for the realignment of Berckman's Road.

This is an approved TSPLOST project and it's going to cost around $12 million.
