BURKE COUNTY, Ga. -- News 12 has learned Steven Babb has been indicted on child pornography charges.
His case will be handled in the U.S. District Court.

BURKE COUNTY, Ga. -- A 27-year-old Burke County man has been arrested in connection to a child pornography case.
The Department of Homeland Security called the Burke County Sheriff's Office because they were tracking a Russian website that had ties to Stephen Babb in Georgia.
One of the photos on the website was Babb's daughter, who he has not had contact with for years.
Investigators were able to get a search warrant for Babb's home, where they found other child pornography on his computer.
Babb was arrested at his home on Sept. 26. He will be indicted by the federal government.
